Psychological factors of effective pedagogical interaction in non-standard and risk situations

The theoretical and empirical research highlighted a set of psychological factors contributing to destructive (rigidity, anxiety, neuroticism, professional deformation, non-optimal level of preparedness to risk) and constructive (flexibility in decision-making, humanistic orientation, communicative competence, internal locus of control, optimal level of preparedness to risk) methods of resolving non-standard situations of pedagogical interaction. Correctional and educational programs for teachers are regarded as the means of improving the efficiency of pedagogical interaction.
