PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT OF MIDDLE MANAGERS

The current article presents an attempt to create an integrative theory within the personality-developing approach, which allows studying professional life of modern people in a holistic unity of professional and career development. Using a range of methodological and statistical programs 4 main and 8 additional types of leaders were identified. Effective (professional career) type of leader may be formed as a result of psychological interventions.
