PARENTING STRATEGIES AND SCHOOLCHILDREN EMOTIONAL STATES

The research provides data on interrelationships between parenting strategies and manifestation of anxiety, animosity, guilt in teenagers. It was established that the adequacy of emotional responses in schoolchildren is connected with the extent of displaying control, demands, prohibition, sanctions and meeting demands in parents. It was also shown that mothers’ and fathers’ approaches to upbringing of girls and boys in different ethnical groups are different.
