The current article represents the results of identifying stressors in the professional activity of social work experts. In this study we used: a questionnaire «Occupational stress» by Y.V. Shcherbatykh; a «Stressors» test by V.A. Rozanova; a test for diagnosing the level of burnout developed by V.V. Boyko. To process the results the following statistical methods were applied using SPSS-17: correlation analysis (Pearson), φ-Fisher. It was revealed that stressful situations were associated with the «human factor», the dominant stressors were «overload», «professional activity», «conflict» and «strained relations with management». Permanent stress level variation depends on the specific character of their professional duties: highly professional employees experience a greater increase of constant stress.
