EFFECT OF TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL DEFORMATION ON PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY AND HEALTH OF STUDENTS

We developed complex correctional and developmental psychological programmes – «Prevention and correction of teachers’ professional deformation» and «Psychological safety in the classroom» – which proved their effectiveness in the research of real pedagogical process in experimental schools. It allows us to recommend them for embedding in other educational institutions (schools, grammar schools, lycées), and also in the system of education and teacher training.
