PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY OF STUDENTS IN THE INTERACTION OF «TEACHER–STUDENT»

The paper presents the results of a study of the educational environment of psychological safety in terms of interaction of the «teacher-student». It was revealed that the level of personal and professional development of teachers affects the psychological safety of students. On the basis of empirical data has been developed and implemented a program of integrated psychological personality characteristics of teachers (orientation, competence, flexibility, self-consciousness that affect the psychological safety of students.
