Psychological characteristics of the reduction of personal achievement as a component of professional deformation of psychologists and teachers

Overview with using author's own data. Deepened understanding of the phenomenon of «reduction of personal achievement» as a component of professional deformation. Identified the psychological characteristics of reduction of personal achievements of psychologists and teachers: the level above the middle reduction of personal achievement, positive attitudes towards their profession and training, find new ways to pursue opportunities for growth and professionalism; the middle level of internality in the failures, relationships in a team, implemented the concept of another rights, self-assessment; selfassessment with an adequate normal trend of heavy reliance on inadequate; for working professionals in the most dominant inadequate high self-assessment; the level below the middle total internality, of family, work and interpersonal relationships, in health and disease, attitudes towards their profession and training; low level of internality in achievements; reluctance to change the existing order, static position, the signs of fatigue.
