On the methodological prerequisites of contemporary theoretical Conflictology

Discusses what constitutes a conflict management in its present state in terms of trends in the evolution and development programs. Analyzes the requirements for conflictology as a «complex» scientific discipline, the problem of synthesis of knowledge of different conflictological disciplines and practices. Characterized by basic methodological principles of modern conflictological paradigms and their hierarchy. Different primary and secondary, managed conflict, psychotechnics, and social engineering conflictological practices are discussed. The social functions of conflict and deficient conflict situation from point of view regulatory, organizational and activity are evaluated.
