The study used two types of temperament questionnaires developed by M.K. Rothbart et al.: Adult Temperament Questionnaire (AT Q) and Early Adolescent Temperament Questionnaire (EAT Q). Adult temperament questionnaire is used in the work for the study of temperament older teens aged 15–17. Studied 240 twins aged 10–14 (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Izhevsk, Bishkek), including: MZ twins – 57 pairs, DZ twins of same-sex – 35 pairs, DZ opposite-sex – 28 pairs. For genetic analysis of empirical data used methods of structural modeling. It is shown that as a teenager on the variability of temperament significant influence of individual factors, the random environment, but the degree of influence is reduced from the younger to older adolescents. Increases the weight of the additive genetic factors compared with general environmental ones.
