Psycho-pedagogical problems of new school construction in significant changes in the child and the situation of his development

The report gives a conceptual installation to solve psychological and pedagogical problems in connection with the National Education Initiative «Our new school». They are based on fundamental domestic psychological achievements – cultural-historical and activity approach, developments in the field of pedagogy and psychology of the age, the presence of highly-qualified scientific personnel and teachers' housing, a full understanding of the specific features and outstanding issues of modern schools and cultural space, etc.
