PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF OCCUPATIONAL STRESS FUTURE PSYCHOLOGISTS

A study of 2,318 students – future psychologists – provided a deeper understanding of the phenomenon of «stress resistibility» as a combination of personal qualities that enable people, particularly a specialist, successfully handling stressful situations, endure stress. Revealed the psychological conditions of future psychologists, occupational stress: middle (moderate) level of severity of mental stress and emotional changes, maladaptive reaction and occupational stress, alterations of the cycle «sleep – wake», instability in stress, peculiarities of social interactions (stress in the relationship), feelings of fatigue, susceptibility and resistibility to stress, social frustration, physical and emotional stress, the level below the average characteristics of individual mental processes, occupational maladaptive reaction, reduced motivation to work and general activity, somatic and vegetative disturbances; non-alexithymic personality type and refractory type of emotional reaction. Emphasize the need to consider when implementing occupational education and psychoprophylaxis the following results: the threat level of a nervous breakdown of students above average, but future psychologists in their own signs of stress almost no fi nding that suggests a low level of refl ection.
